We are a small, family-owned business based just outside of Herefordshire.

Kivernoll House Holidays is run by Jo and Paul Hastings, with helping hands from daughters Olivia & Melissa, son Noah, and parents Kath & Gary. Jo and Paul bought the property at the beginning of lockdown in 2020 and ever since have worked exceptionally hard making improvements.

With help from the resident chickens, dog, pig, and cats, this beautiful place has quickly become our pride and joy, and most importantly our home. From adding another bedroom and bathroom in Meadow Barn, we have also replaced fences and done lots of gardening! The small woodland at the bottom of the property has also been a big focus, as we would love to restore it to a native British woodland.

In 2023 our big project was installing the accessible bathroom in Meadow Barn and for 2024, a Hot Tub. At the beginning of 2025 we have started our new project, a games room!
